Getting Zorua in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2

Visit Driftveil City with at least one empty spot in your party. Head to the house in the city’s northeast corner to the right of the Clay Tunnel entrance. Speak to the man in front of the house, then beat him in a battle so he takes you inside. He’ll ask you to look after Zorua. Say yes and you’ll receive Zorua.

How can I catch Celebi in Pokemon Black and Pokemon White?

You can only obtain it via special event/mystery gift. However this game is no longer supported for events and thus Celebi is not obtainable without transferring it from an old game, trading with a friend, or hacking.
