Remove uploaded contacts from Facebook

Do you want to turn off Facebook's access to your phone contacts? Before you can fully delete contacts from Facebook, you'll need to turn off "continuous contact uploading". Luckily, this will only take a few steps. Here's how to unsync contacts from Facebook using your computer, iPhone, iPad, and Android phone or tablet.

  2. Tap Accounts Center.
  3. Tap Your information and permissions.
  4. Tap Upload contacts and select your account.
  5. Toggle off Upload contacts.
