Software Engineer and Full-Stack Web DeveloperThat error usually means there's a problem with the connection between your browser and the ChatGPT server. It can happen if the session token stored in your browser expires, if you've lost connection, or if their system is down. What you can do is to refresh the page, which often resolves it by renewing your session token and restoring the connection to your previous conversation. Also, some people mistake that error for ChatGPT being unable to find an answer, but that's not the case. If ChatGPT can't answer a question, it will say so directly in the prompt, rather than showing a "conversation error not found" message.
