Play an emulated version of Pokémon Emerald. Since Ho-Oh’s MysticTicket event ended back in early 2007, you need to use an emulated version of Pokémon Emerald obtain this Legendary Pokémon. Delta Emulator is a great option if you have an iPhone, while GBA Emulator is a good option for Android phones.
- To play Pokémon Emerald on an emulator, you’ll need to find a copy of the game online (better known as a ROM). Use caution if you search for ROMs online, since downloading and using them technically qualifies as online piracy.
