  1. Go to Snapchat’s Accounts page in a web browser.
  2. Log into your account, then click My DataSubmit Request.
  3. Go to the email account that’s connected to your Snapchat.
  4. Open the email from “Team Snapchat.”
  5. Select click here to open a new page, then click on the .zip file link.
  6. Save the download to your desktop, then open the folder.
  7. Look in the folder to find a file named chat_history.html.
