Things You Should Know

You must complete or skip the "Forbidden Reach" campaign to get the prompt that will lead you to Zaralek Caverns in World of Warcraft.
If one of your characters completes "Scar of Earth and Fire," Zaralek Caverns will be open for all of your characters.
If you can't finish "Scar of Earth and Fire," completing "Breaking Ground" will open up the World Quests and Loamm Niffen.

Complete or skip the "Forbidden Reach" campaign on each character. Doing so will prompt your character to start the 10.1 campaign, which opens up Zaralek Caverns. However, once one of your characters completes "Scar of Earth and Fire," the zone will open to all the characters on your account.^{[1]
