  1. Fashion Nova requires all damaged, defective, or incorrect items to be reported within 14 days of delivery. If your item is found to be damaged or wrong, you will be prompted to initiate the return once you contact Fashion Nova. To contact Fashion Nova:
    • Open the Fashion Nova app or go to fashionnova.com/pages/help-center.
    • Click Help with My Order.
    • Verify your account with your email or phone number.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to report the issue.
  2. Most items can be returned as long as you’re within 30 days of the original shipping date.[1] The following items cannot be returned:
    • Final sale items with prices ending in $.48 or $.98.
    • Bodysuits, swimsuits, underwear, lingerie, cosmetics, accessories, and party wear (such as Halloween costumes).
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or stained by personal care products (such as deodorant or makeup) when you tried them on.
    • Items that have their tags removed and are missing the original packaging.

  4. The order number is an eight-digit number that is included in your shipping email, and is also on your packing slip.

  5. If you want to return multiple items in the same package, click or tap Check eligibility on this screen, then enter another order number. Repeat until all order numbers have been entered.

  6. If you're in the US, you can purchase a return shipping label for $4.99. If you are outside of the US, you won't be able to purchase a return label, but you can still return your items by paying for your own shipping label with a carrier of your choice.
  7. You must include a return invoice or a packing slip with your items to ensure your return is processed quickly.
  8. If you live in the US, all you need to do is tape the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the carrier on the label. If you live outside of the US, mail the package to the address specified in the Returns Portal.[2]

  1. For most returns, you will only get a refund issued on a Fashion Nova gift card. However, some special situations will result in a refund to your original payment method.
    • To qualify for a refund to your original payment method, you must meet one of the following criteria:[3]
      • Your order was canceled by Fashion Nova.
      • An item you purchased sold out after you placed the order.
      • The item was proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • If you qualify, the refund usually takes 2 to 5 business days to process, but could take up to 10 days.
