If you are in the market for a wall mirror, you'll need these helpful tips and tricks on how to measure your space for the perfect large wall mirror.

  1. [1] Height is the length from top to bottom, and width is the length from side to side. Let’s say your measurement gives a 24” width and a 30” length. It would be considered a 24x30 inch space to fill the requirement. We can use that measurement to work backward and find the perfect size ornate mirror.
  2. Using the above example, let’s pick a frame that is 3-1/2” thick in molding width. Earlier, we measured a space requirement of 24x30. We prefer a molding 3-1/2” wide. Using those figures and working backward you can find the right ORDER SIZE.

It depends on the size of the bathroom and who is using it. A circle is a classic shape, and so is a square or rectangle on a cupboard over the sink. It really does depend on your preferences. Some people like diamond-shaped mirrors.
