The experience share can be found next to Eterna City. Just talk with Professor Rowan's assistant and he will give you the experience share.

I would suggest going to routes where the Pokémon are about the same level as the Pokémon you want to train. There are multiple resources online where you can find the Pokémon that are found and their average level on each route.

Alakazam Strategy

If you're looking to beat the entire elite four with one Pokémon so you can train 5 at once, just raise a level 100 Alakazam with:[3]

  • Energy Ball or Grass Knot (for Bertha & half of Cynthia's Pokémon)
  • Shadow Ball (for Lucian)
  • Fire Punch (for Aaron) (learned through breeding)
  • Psychic (should still knock out most of Flint's and wreck Lucario)

Tricky Pokémon that could give you trouble:

  • Driblim- Use Shadow Ball!
  • Girafarig- Energy Ball him a few times
  • Spiritomb- Energy Ball him a few times (Don't use fire punch for these two because Alakazam's Special Attack is way higher than his Attack)
  • Garchomp- Just use psychic, but if you're out of PP use Energy Ball
  • Also, have him hold leftovers if you've got it. This leveling strategy works perfect if you do it right.
