One duology I recently discovered that I love is The Crimson Moth series by Kristen Ciccarelli. That is a cat and mouse type of romantasy where the couple is a witch and a witch hunter. It's a very cool dynamic, and is definitely giving enemies to lovers. Another recommendation would definitely be The Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros. I've liked Fourth Wing, Iron Flame, and Onyx Storm a lot.

Looking for a great romantasy series? Try these:
  • A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas
  • Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
  • Crescent City by Sarah J. Maas
  • The Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros (the first book is Fourth Wing)
  • The Folk of the Air by Holly Black (the first book is The Cruel Prince)
  • The Prison Healer by Lynette Noni
  • The Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard
  • The Zodiac Academy by Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti
  • Hades and Persephone by Scarlett St. Clair (the first book is A Touch of Darkness)
  • Artefacts of Ouranos by Nisha J. Tuli (the first book is The Trial of the Sun Queen)

Looking for a standalone? Try these:
  • The Bird and the Sword by Amy Harmon
  • The Regency Faerie Tales series by Olivia Atwater (the first book is Half a Soul)
  • The Howl's Moving Castle series by Diana Wynne Jones
  • A Deal with the Elf King by Elise Kova

If you're looking for something really spicy, A Court of Thorns and Roses, The Zodiac Academy, and A Touch of Darkness are great choices. Not into spice? Try Atwater's Regency Faerie Tales or Jones' Howl's Moving Castle.
