If you play Fortnite on a console, you can enable Aim Assist to help you lock on enemies when aiming. This can be found in the Controller Options tab of the settings. Here's how to turn on Aim Assist in Fortnite on Xbox, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.

Things You Should Know

To turn on Aim Assist in Fortnite, open "Settings" → "Controller Options" → toggle on "Advanced Options".
Set "Aim Assist Strength" to 100% to enable it, or 0% to disable it.
Aim Assist is only available for console, mobile, and controller players.
