If you need to delete all your likes on Instagram at once, you now have the option to select multiple posts in your activity settings. In the past, you had to unlike posts one by one. Tap your profile picture. You'll see this in the bottom right corner of your screen. If you aren't already logged into your Instagram account, enter your information to do so now.- If you only want to remove a single like, navigate to the post, and then tap the heart icon. It should return to white (unfilled).

Tap Your activity. You can find this under the How you use Instagram header near the top. -
Tap Likes. This is the first option under Interactions. -
Tap Select. You can find this in the top-right corner, above your listed posts. -
Tap the posts with likes you want to remove. If you have a lot of posts to sort through, tap one of the filter buttons at the top. You can sort from oldest to newest, newest to oldest, by date, and by content type. -
Tap Unlike. This is at the bottom of the screen. -
Tap Unlike again. The selected posts will have your Like removed.

Log into the Instagram website. You can use any desktop browser to log in to Instagram on your computer and remove all likes. If you don't know your password, you can easily reset it.- If you only want to remove a single like, navigate to the post, and then click the heart icon. It should return to white (unfilled).

Click ☰. This is in the bottom-left corner. A pop-up menu will open. -
Click Your Activity. This is the second option, underneath Settings. A new page will open. -
Click Interactions. You can find this under the Your activity header. You may already be on this tab. -
Click Likes. This is the first tab on the Interactions page. You'll find it next to Comments, Story Replies, and Reviews. -
Click Select. You can find this in the top-right corner of your listed posts. -
Select the posts with likes you want to remove. If you have a lot of posts to sort through, you can click Sort & filter above your posts to sort from oldest to newest, newest to oldest, or from a certain start/end date. -
Click Unlike. This is at the bottom-right corner. -
Click Unlike again. The selected posts will have your Like removed.
