If you need to delete all your likes on Instagram at once, you now have the option to select multiple posts in your activity settings. In the past, you had to unlike posts one by one. Tap your profile picture. You'll see this in the bottom right corner of your screen. If you aren't already logged into your Instagram account, enter your information to do so now.
- If you only want to remove a single like, navigate to the post, and then tap the heart icon. It should return to white (unfilled).

Tap the posts with likes you want to remove. If you have a lot of posts to sort through, tap one of the filter buttons at the top. You can sort from oldest to newest, newest to oldest, by date, and by content type.

Tap Unlike. This is at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Unlike again. The selected posts will have your Like removed.
Using a Computer

Log into the Instagram website. You can use any desktop browser to log in to Instagram on your computer and remove all likes. If you don't know your password, you can easily reset it.
