If you need to delete all your likes on Instagram at once, you now have the option to select multiple posts in your activity settings. In the past, you had to unlike posts one by one. Now, Instagram shows you a list of all liked posts! Here's how to remove all likes on Instagram using your iPhone, iPad, Android, or computer.

  1. Tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap ☰.
  3. Tap Your activity.
  4. Tap Likes.
  5. Tap Select and select the posts.
  6. Tap Unlike twice.

  1. You'll see this in the bottom right corner of your screen. If you aren't already logged into your Instagram account, enter your information to do so now.
    • If you only want to remove a single like, navigate to the post, and then tap the heart icon. It should return to white (unfilled).

Using a Computer

  1. Log into the Instagram website. You can use any desktop browser to log in to Instagram on your computer and remove all likes. If you don't know your password, you can easily reset it.
    • If you only want to remove a single like, navigate to the post, and then click the heart icon. It should return to white (unfilled).
