What if my whole phone is frozen? And I can't restart my iPhone?

Try force restarting your iPhone by pressing and holding the Home and Power buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds. If this is an iPhone 7 or newer, it is the Power button and the Volume Up button. This should restart the iPhone.

My iPhone 6+ has been stuck on a single screen and it won't move no matter how much I swipe or tap. Even though I have tried pressing the home and power at the same time, nothing happened. What do I do?

Try force restarting your iPhone again by pressing and holding the Home and Power buttons, but this time make sure you hold it for at least 10-15 seconds. If that doesn't work, try plugging your iPhone into your laptop/computer. This should reset the phone without removing any of your data, so that you can resume using your phone.
