You can program your WOW! universal remote to control multiple devices in your home, including your television, audio and video players, and more. The easiest way to program your WOW! remote is to do an automatic code search, but you can also find WOW remote codes in your model's manual. Turn on the device you want to program.
Point the remote at the device and press the device button (e.g., TV).
Press and hold SETUP until the device button blinks twice.
Enter 991.
Press and release CH+ repeatedly to scan codes until the device turns off.
Press PWR to turn the device back on.

Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly. Ensure there's a good connection, and that there is no corrosion or white powder inside the battery compartment.
If the device you're programming fails to respond after being programmed with your WOW remote, a power cycle could help resolve problems with unresponsiveness.
Large objects between the device and your remote, such as furniture, can sometimes prevent both devices from communicating.
