Do you want to enable Dark Mode on your Amazon Kindle? If you have a Kindle device launched in 2017 or later, you'll be able to use Dark Mode. This includes the Kindle Oasis 2 and Kindle Paperwhite 10. Older Kindles do not support Dark Mode. This wikiHow will teach you how to turn on Dark Mode on your Amazon Kindle by using the Dark Mode button and by inverting black and white colors.

Activate Dark Mode on Your Kindle

To turn on dark mode on your Amazon Kindle, swipe down on the screen to access your quick settings. You will see a half-black, half-white circle with a slash through it, titled “Dark Mode.” Click that circle and dark mode will be activated. If you don’t see the icon, your device either needs an update or doesn’t support dark mode capabilities.
