How do you make Sims younger on Sims 3?

Press control, shift, and C to open the cheat box, then type "testingcheatsenabled true". Press the shift button while clicking on the Sim you want to make younger. Click on "Edit in Create-a-Sim," then go to "Basics" and change the age.
