An easy way to make delicious, homemade and healthy mushroom chips. This recipe works best with oyster mushrooms, but you can make it with other types as well. Just slice them into thin slices, about 0.25 of an inch thickness.
Ingredients
- Half pound mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Half a teaspoon fine salt

Use about half a pound (250 grams) oyster mushrooms.

Separate each mushroom from the bunch and shred any larger mushrooms into smaller pieces with your hands.Advertisement

Place mushrooms in a plastic/zip log bag and add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon thyme, half a teaspoon fine salt and 2 tablespoons flour (use corn flour for gluten-free option).[1] Close the bag and shake well to coat.

Transfer mushrooms in a single layer to a baking pan lined with baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 ℉ (175 ℃) for about an hour or until very crispy.
