Is Libra cruel, hurtful and diabolically dangerous when mad?

It is possible to use anecdotal evidence to "prove" that that is true of any sign. However, for every person who believes that to be true of a given sign, you could find another person who will swear that just the opposite is true of the same sign. In other words, it's difficult to vilify any astrological sign. Each has its strengths and weaknesses.
