How to Lose Armpit Fat
Do weekly cardio exercises (like running, cycling, or swimming) along with arm, chest, and back strength training exercises (like weightlifting, pushups, and pull-ups).[1] Eat a balanced diet with lots of lean protein and vegetables, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night.

Remember, everyone’s body is different, so don’t feel embarrassed because yours doesn’t look like someone else’s. It’s a good idea to eat well and exercise to stay healthy, but don’t stress too much about trying to lose weight solely for appearances. Thanks
