Travel to the highest island of the Skylands. There's a small temple inside where you can find an arrow pointing to a crevice. Either destroy the cloud you're standing on to make it disappear or slide down the crevice.

Find the Instinct Trainer. Follow the tree branch from the first Upper Skylands sub-island to find another island with a temple. Enter the temple, and you'll see the Instinct Trainer standing in a corner.
- If you meet the requirements, you'll be able to buy the ability for $750,000.
