   Find Shady Sam by the north wall of the imperial city. He sells 30 lockpicks and poisons.

   Go to the imperial city stables, and then start heading north along the walls.

   Keep an eye out for him right along the walls. He sells the lockpicks for about 6 gold a piece.

   Wander outside of the cities looking for a fort or someplace you can raid. There are usually about 10-20 lockpicks in each dungeon, fort, ruin etc.

  When you go to pick the lock, press up on the pin you want to pick. Then, when it's at the top, press the A button. Move to the next pin that's down and repeat until the lock is unlocked.
