Tired of walking to and fro between cities in Pokémon HeartGold or SoulSilver? Did you know that one of the Hidden Moves (HMs) in this game allows you to fly back and forth between cities you've visited? All you need is a bit of patience and a flying-type Pokémon.

  1. Visit the Ecruteak City Gym and defeat Morty to get the Fog Badge. This allows you to use HM Surf outside of battle.[1]
  2. Enter it.

Is it possible to hack Pokemon into my game on SoulSilver?

    Community Answer
Yes, but it is highly looked down on by almost everyone in the Pokemon community. Just remember, it is not worth it. It might make all your Pokemon shiny, but it might not be as exciting as finding your first shiny on your own.
