Permanently Deactivate Monkey App

To delete your Monkey app account, open the app and tap your profile icon. Tap the settings icon and select About Monkey. Tap Delete Account, and then Delete My Account.

  1. This app icon looks like a monkey's face on a purple background.
  2. It's the outline of a money head in the lower right corner of your screen.

  3. This icon looks like a smooth gear in the top right corner.
  4. You'll see this near the bottom of the menu next to the Monkey app icon.
  5. This is next to an x icon and will bring up a text wall of what happens to your account when you delete it.
  6. Your account will be de-activated for the next 30 days, and you can stop the deletion by logging into your account again. After 30 days has passed, your account will be permanently deleted.
    • Confirm your choice by typing "DELETE" into the box when prompted (it needs to be in all cases for you to proceed).
    • After you've deleted your account, you can uninstall the app.
