Is there a text or voice channel you want to delete on Discord? If you're the server owner or you have admin permission, you can easily get rid of it. Here's how to delete a Discord channel on Android.

Quick Steps

Navigate to a server and tap a channel.
Tap the channel name at the top.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete Channel.
Tap Yes to confirm.

Open the Discord app. This looks like a white game controller in a blue circle on your Apps list. If you're not automatically signed into Discord on your device, enter your email and your password to log into your account now.

If you don't see the list of servers, swipe towards the right to return to the Home tab.

You will see a list of all chat channels on the left side of the server.
This will be next to a hashtag.
This is the cog icon.

Scroll down and tap Delete Channel. This is at the very bottom of the page.
- If you don't see this option, or if it's grayed out, you don't have the proper permissions. You'll need to ask the server owner or an admin with proper permissions.
This is the red button. The channel will be deleted, along with any messages within that channel.
