Do you need to pay your Cricket bill, or are you wondering how to use Quick Pay? Fortunately, there are a number of convenient ways to pay your Cricket Wireless bill, including using a debit or credit card, a prepaid credit card, or a digital wallet. Read on to learn more.

How can I pay my Cricket bill?

Without signing in, you can use Quick Pay online. All you need is your account number and a payment method. By signing in, you can use Bill Pay or the mobile app, myCricket app. You can also walk up to a store or call and pay your bill (plus $5 fee).

Paying with Quick Pay (Without Logging In)

   Go to the Quick Pay link. This Cricket site allows you to pay your bill online without needing to log in. This is useful if there are multiple lines on an account and each person on the account pays for their own line, or if you just don't want to log in every time you need to pay.

   • Keep in mind that the payment information used this way isn't saved. You'll have to re-enter payment information when you pay without signing in.

   Enter the phone number of the account you want to pay. If you aren't sure of the balance, click Text My Balance to see how much you owe.

   Enter the amount to pay. You can designate how much you want to pay in the second text field, so you don't have to pay the total amount each time you pay.

   • Think back to the account with multiple lines. Each person would go to this site and pay a portion of the bill until it's paid in full.

   Click Make a Payment. It's below the two text fields and will load more options so you can enter your payment information.

   Select your payment method. By default, Credit or Debit Card is already selected, but you can also pay with Cricket Service Payment Card or Cricket Refill Card.

   Enter your payment information. You'll need to enter information like the card number (for a credit, debit, Cricket Service Payment, or refill card).

   Read and accept the Terms & Conditions, and click Review Payment. You want to check the box next to "I authorize Cricket Wireless…" to proceed.

   • Review the next page to make sure your payment information is correct.
   • If you need to change something, click Edit.

   Click Submit Payment. Once you are sure that the information displayed on the screen is accurate, you can submit the payment.

   • You'll see a payment confirmation screen with a number. Keep that number for your records to show that you paid the bill.

   Make sure your card details are entered correctly. You may have entered something incorrectly that caused the card dealer to decline your transaction.

   Make sure your debit or credit card is activated. If you just got a new card, you need to activate it before you can use it. Many times, new cards are shipped with a sticker that indicates how to activate the card (typically by calling a number, entering your card number, and creating a PIN). Alternatively, the letter accompanying the new card will explain the same process.

   Try a different payment method if the same card fails multiple times. Something might be wrong with that card, or your bank thinks the transaction is suspicious. You can call your bank to get the transaction to go through, or use another payment method.

Paying with Bill Pay (Login Required)

   Go to Pay Bill and sign in. Enter your Cricket Wireless username and password. This is best if you want to pay your bill online by signing in. You might be able to use saved payment information to pay quickly.

   • If you want to use an alternative way to pay, like a Cricket Refill Card, use Quick Pay or the Mobile App.

   Enter your payment information. If you aren't using a saved credit or debit card, enter your card info here, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV.

   Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Review Payment. Check this box to continue.

   • The next page allows you to review the information before submitting payment.
   • Click Edit if you want to change anything.

   Click Submit Payment. If you're sure that the information on your screen is correct, click the submit button to see a confirmation number. Keep this number so you can show that you've paid this bill.

Paying with the Mobile App (Login Required)

   Open the myCricket App and sign in if needed. You can't pay in the app without logging into your account.

   • Use this to pay your Cricket bill from your iPhone, iPad, or Android.
   • Paying with the app is useful if you don't have access to a computer, or if you want to pay with your connected wallet (Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Apple Pay).

   Tap Pay Now. It's at the bottom of the screen if you have a bill due.

   Select your payment method. You can enter a new credit/debit card, use one that's saved to your account, use a digital wallet if it's enabled, or pay with a Cricket Refill Card.

   • If you got a new card, you can enter it here and opt to use this card for "Auto Pay" if you want.
   • If your phone has a digital wallet set up, you can use Samsung Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

   Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment. You might need to enter information like how much you want to pay.

   Tap Submit Payment. Regardless of the payment method you used, you'll get a confirmation number that you paid the bill. You should keep this number to show that you paid the bill and that the payment was submitted.

Using BridgePay

   What is BridgePay? BridgePay splits your bill into two separate payments, so you can make one payment today and another payment in 7 days.

   • You need to set up BridgePay within 7 days before or after the start of your billing cycle so you can have 7 additional days to keep your service active and make the second payment.

   How do I set up BridgePay? Set up BridgePay in chat, in-store, or by calling Cricket Care at 1-800-274-2538 (it's also 1-800-CRICKET) or dialing 611 from your Cricket phone.

   How does BridgePay work? You'll have 7 extra days to fully pay your bill, but keep these factors in mind:

   • Auto Pay must be turned off. You can turn Auto Pay back on after you're done with BridgePay.
   • You can't use BridgePay if you have a new line that hasn't been activated yet.
   • If you have new plan changes beginning next month, you have to cancel them to use BridgePay.
   • Offers or promotional discounts won't work with BridgePay.
   • You can cancel BridgePay until the original payment due date; if you cancel after that date, a BridgePay fee will be added to your account.
   • If you miss the second payment, you'll need to pay the total amount due for the next month to restore your Cricket services.
   • You can only use BridgePay once per billing cycle.

   What are BridgePay's fees? Any monthly features that you added to your plan will be added to the second payment. Here's what you can expect to pay per line:

   • $5 fee for a single-line account
   • $15 fee for a multi-line account

   • Any Connecticut addresses will not accrue a fee for calling and paying by phone.
     • Keep in mind that these payment types are not accepted:
       • Bank account draft
       • Check
       • Money order
