Easiest Couples Yoga Positions
- Partner Breathing: Sit cross-legged with your partner’s back against yours. Breathe in and out for 3-5 minutes.
- Partner Savasana: Lie on your backs and hold hands. Relax deeply into this position for 5-10 minutes.
- Seated Side Bend: Sit cross-legged and back-to-back. Align your arms on one side, then lift your arms above your head and bend to the opposite side.
- Yab Yum: Have one partner sit cross-legged while the other sits on their thighs with ankles crossed behind their back. Synchronize your breathing.
- Standing Backbend: Stand, face your partner, and hold their forearms. Lean backward and open up your chest.
