If you're having trouble with your Vodafone phone or account, you can contact Vodafone UK by phone, through a social media account, or through their forums.

Calling Vodafone UK Customer Service

Dial 191 from your Vodafone mobile phone, or dial 03333 040 191 from another UK landline or mobile. If you’re abroad, dial +44 7836 191 191. Make sure to call during their opening hours, which are everyday from 8am to 9pm.

Dial the number. There are many numbers to contact Vodafone. Only some numbers are toll-free, so pick the easiest/cheapest number for you:
- 191 from your Vodafone mobile
- 03333 040 191 from other UK landlines or mobiles (standard call charges apply)
- +44 7836 191 191 from abroad (free from a Vodafone mobile)
- 08080 034 515 for broadband support (free from all UK landlines and mobiles), with lines open between 8 am and 11 pm, seven days a week

Contact them at the right time. You can contact Vodafone's advisers Monday to Sunday, 8 am - 9 pm.

Go to the Vodafone forums. You can go Vodafone's official community by clicking on https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/

Join the community. Simply log in/register. Use your email address to sign up.

Confirm your registration. Log in to your email account and click the red button from the confirmation email to complete your registration.

Ask questions. Use the search bar to find answers to your question. If you can't find your answer, click on the Ask your question (under the search box) button to create a post.

Fill out the form. Add a subject in the first box and select a category from the second box. Write down your problem in the third box.

Post your message. If you want to add files, like screenshots, select "Choose Files"' and select them from your device. Hit the Post Message button and wait for the reply.
