If you want to cancel your HelloFresh meal kit subscription, the good news is that deactivation is pretty painless! While you can cancel your subscription at any point, you must finish the process at least 5 days before your next delivery to avoid extra charges. You can also skip certain delivery weeks if you need more time to decide whether to cancel. This wikiHow will show you how to cancel HelloFresh on the website via desktop and your options using the HelloFresh app.

On desktop, click your name in the top-right corner of the HelloFresh website.
Go to "Account Settings" → "Manage" → "Cancel anyway."
Choose a reason for canceling your subscription and click "Continue."
Finalize the cancelation by clicking "Cancel anyway” (again).

Find your name in the top-right corner of the HelloFresh website. From the home page of the HelloFresh site, you should see your name in the top-right corner of the screen (assuming you’re logged in). Click on it to open a drop-down menu.^{[1]

- Cancel your HelloFresh subscription by 11:59 pm (PST) 5 days before your next scheduled delivery. If you don't, you'll be charged for the week.

No—use the app’s Chat feature to contact HelloFresh support. Unfortunately, while the HelloFresh app used to allow subscription cancelations, it now does not; the only way to manually cancel your subscription is on the full desktop website. However, you can try chatting with a customer support agent and asking them to cancel the subscription through the app if desired.
- To get to the Chat feature, select Profile in the bottom-right corner of the app, then tap Help Center > Contact Us > Chat.
- Alternatively, you can use an internet browser app to go to the HelloFresh website on your mobile device and follow the steps above.
- The HelloFresh app is available for iOS in the App Store and for Android in the Google Play Store.
