This wikiHow will teach you how to cancel your Google One subscription using a web browser and the mobile app. If you cancel your account but have more than 15GB of storage used, you will not lose those files, but lose access to that service. For instance, if you have 17GB of files in Google Drive, you will lose the ability to sync, upload, create new files, or edit existing ones; or if you use Gmail, you will not be able to send or receive emails. When you cancel your membership or subscription, you'll be able to use the perks of your subscription (like hotel discounts) until the next billing period; you will not be refunded for the remaining time for the subscription period.

The app icon looks like a multicolored "1" that you'll find on one of your Home screens.
This three-line menu icon is in the top left corner of your screen.
It's usually near the top of the menu.
You'll find this near the bottom of the menu or next to your plan details.
This is at the bottom of the menu.
This option will allow you to use Apple services to cancel your membership by yourself. If you need assistance, tap Phone, Chat, or Email.
If you're using Apple services to cancel your Google One membership, you'll need to enter your Apple ID and password to continue and an email will be sent to your account confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.^{[2]

Go to https://families.google.com/ and sign in (if prompted). You can use a mobile or desktop web browser to cancel your membership.
It's in the menu on the left side of the window and is next to an icon of a gear.
It's at the bottom of the page and an email will be sent to your account confirming that your subscription has cancelled.
