Becoming a TikTok Shop Affiliate
To qualify for the TikTok Shop affiliate program for creators, you'll need to be 18+ and have 5000 followers. If you qualify, you can join on your TikTok profile–just go to TikTok Studio > Monetization > TikTok Shop for Creator and tap Apply.

1Go to your TikTok profile. To get there, open the TikTok app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad, then tap Profile (the outline of a person) at the bottom-right corner.
- If you're using your computer, you can head over to the TikTok Shop affiliate page, scroll to the bottom, and scan the QR code with your phone to jump right to the signup form.

2Tap TikTok Studio. It's near the top of your profile, just above your video grid.

3Tap the Monetization tab. In some versions of the app, you'll need to scroll down a little bit to the "Monetization programs" tab instead.[4]

4Tap TikTok Shop for Creator. Remember, you'll only see this option if you're 18 or older, have at least 5000 followers, and your account is in good standing. If you haven't met those requirements, you'll only see the option to sign up for TikTok Shop as a seller.

Open TikTok Shop Creator Center. Once you've created your TikTok Shop creator account, you can get to the TikTok Shop Creator Center by tapping Profile at the bottom-right corner of TikTok, scrolling to the left on your video grid, then tapping TikTok Shop Creator Center at the top. -
2Tap the Products tab at the bottom. This opens a page full of products you can promote on your videos, on your product showcase, and in live shopping videos.[6]

3Browse the product list. You can use the categories to browse for specific types of items, check out the items trending now, search for products you already have, or filter the list to show products that offer free samples in exchange for your review.
- If you already have a product that appears in the product list, you can start selling it right away!

4Request free or refundable samples. If a free sample is available for a product you want to try, you can tap Get Sample > Request from seller and enter any specifics (like your size or color preference) and submit your request.[7]
- You can also check out refundable samples if you don't find anything in the free sample section. In this case, you'll buy the product, and be fully refunded once 1 to 3 (depending on the seller's criteria) people buy it from your video, live, or showcase.[8]

5Add products to your showcase. When you're ready to promote a product, tap Add on the product detail page to add it to your showcase. Your viewers will then be able to check out your product showcase on your profile and buy items they're interested in through your account.[9]

6Make shoppable videos. When you're ready, make a video to market a product you want to sell. Once you're finished creating and editing the video and reach the Post screen, you'll see the option to add product links to your video. Tap + Add Link, select Product, and add the product you're selling. Viewers can then buy the product right from your video.[10]

Sell products live. If you want to make your TikTok livestream shoppable, head to the Go Live page, select the shopping cart icon, and choose Products. You can then search for or select the products you want to advertise live.[11]
