What are some good wlw books?

I have two great suggestions for that. The first one is a sci-fi fantasy, "This Is How You Lose The Time War" by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone. It's super poetic, and it's about these two rival agents who are writing letters back and forth to each other. I also really loved "The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo" by Taylor Jenkins Reid. It was amazing. And the really shocking twist was that the story revolves around a movie star whose main romantic interest was another woman, but it was kept a secret for many, many years. So I thought that was really cool, because I enjoy Hollywood culture, and I feel like that was a great way of combining historical fiction and a romance.

What are your best romantasy book recs?

One duology I recently discovered that I love is The Crimson Moth series by Kristen Ciccarelli. That is a cat and mouse type of romantasy where the couple is a witch and a witch hunter. It's a very cool dynamic, and is definitely giving enemies to lovers. Another recommendation would definitely be The Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros. I've liked Fourth Wing, Iron Flame, and Onyx Storm a lot.

Recs for fantasy books for teens?

One recommendation is "Legendborn" by Tracy Deonn. It's a series that revolves around Arthurian legend, secret societies, and has a black teen heroine. I would also say the Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo. It's about a crew of misfit teens pulling off this impossible heist. It's witty, gritty, and full of "found family" feels. I also really liked the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas. It's good for YA, it has assassins, fae, and a bit of romance. Finally, if they haven't read the Hunger Games series, that's a really good dystopian classic.
