Do you want to add a second email address to your Yahoo account? If you want to manage other third-party email accounts in one location, you can use Yahoo Mail's settings. Here's how to add an extra email on your Yahoo account using your computer, iPhone, or Android.

Quick Steps

1. Click Settings in the top-right corner.
2. Click More Settings.
3. Click Mailboxes.
4. Click Add mailbox.
5. Select the email provider and log in.
6. Click Done.

   Click the cog icon. This is in the top-right corner of the page.

   • If you aren't already logged into your account at https://mail.yahoo.com/, do so now.

   Click More Settings. This is towards the bottom of the pop-up menu.

   Click Mailboxes. This is in the left panel.

   Click Add mailbox. A new page will open.

   Click an email provider. You can add a Gmail account, Outlook, or AOL account.

   Log into your account. You'll be asked to log into your extra email account using the provider's website. Once you do, it'll connect to your Yahoo account.

   Click Done. The other email address can now be managed within Yahoo Mail.

   • If you want to unlink the email address, return to the Mailboxes tab. Select the email address, and then click Remove mailbox twice.

   • If you aren't already logged into the Yahoo Mail mobile app, do so now.

   Tap an email provider. You can select Gmail, Outlook, or AOL.

   • You may need to tap Allow at the bottom of the screen to confirm.

   Log into your account. You'll be asked to log into your extra email account using the provider's website. Once you do, it'll connect to your Yahoo account.

   Tap Allow if prompted. The other email address can now be managed within the Yahoo Mail app.

   • If you want to unlink the email address, tap your profile icon and select Settings. Tap Manage mailboxes and tap the X next to your linked account. Tap Remove or OK to confirm.
