More About the Members of Stray Kids
Since their debut in 2018, Stray Kids has grown from a K-pop boy band to a global sensation! Stray Kids is an eight-member group known for self-producing its music, with an internal production team called “3Racha.” And it’s clear Stray Kids has the formula for success! By mid-2025, the band had released a total of 6 studio albums (in addition to EPs and compilation albums), with over 31 million albums sold worldwide.
The band’s members are:
Bang Chan | Leader, singer, rapper, dancer, producer
As the leader of Stray Kids, Bang Chan actually handpicked every other member of the group, which is highly unusual, since the entertainment agency in charge of the band usually does that. Nonetheless, Bang Chan’s decisions clearly paid off in a big way! He is a member of the 3Racha team, writing and producing music as well as performing it. He’s also proficient in classical piano and used to be a competitive swimmer!
Lee Know | Singer, dancer
Lee Know is one of the band’s more prominent dancers, having competed in numerous dance competitions and even been a backup dancer for BTS before finding his home with Stray Kids. Although dancing is his main act, Stray Kids doesn’t assign strict roles the same way other groups do—so Lee Know raps and sings, too. He’s also a self-professed cat lover!
Changbin | Singer, rapper, producer
Changbin is both a member of Stray Kids and their internal production team, 3Racha; like Bang Chan, Changbin writes and produces music in addition to performing. Thus, he (and his fellow 3Racha teammates) are all full members of the Korea Music Copyright Association!
Hyunjin | Singer, dancer, rapper
Nowadays, he’s well-known for his amazing dance moves—but Hyunjin actually had no formal dance training before he was scouted and became a trainee! Of course, once he’d joined JYP, he studied dance (along with singing, rapping, and performing) intensely, even majoring in practical dance at the School of Performing Arts Seoul. Although he’s not an official member of 3Racha, Hyunjin is also the 4th most-accredited songwriter in the group!
Han | Singer, rapper, producer
Alongside his K-pop idol status, Han is the 3rd and final official member of the 3Racha producing team (along with Bang Chan and Changbin). In fact, this role led to him becoming the youngest K-pop idol to be awarded membership in the Korea Music Copyright Association! Within the group, Han is widely recognized as an “all-rounder”; he’s skilled in singing, songwriting, rapping, and dancing.
Felix | Singer, rapper, dancer
Felix is one of the two Australian members of Stray Kids (alongside Bang Chan), having been born and raised there. Within Stray Kids, he’s part of the main dance line (the DanceRacha) with Lee Know and Hyunjin, and he’s known for his striking, deep singing voice. Outside the world of music, he’s a bit of a fashion icon, noted for his gender-neutral style and aesthetic.
Seungmin | Singer
Believe it or not, Stray Kids’ Seungmin actually wanted to be a professional baseball player when he was younger! However, that clearly changed in time—and now, of course, he’s known for his incredible singing. While he mainly adds his vocals to Stray Kids’ music, Seungmin has also contributed to several K-drama soundtracks (like Love in Contract and The Midnight Studio).
I.N | Singer
As a youngster, I.N’s passion for singing grew while he performed trot songs at church! He went on to train under JYP and debut with Stray Kids as the “maknae” of the group—meaning he’s the youngest member. His debut solo song is all about this; it’s called “Maknae on Top” (released in the compilation album SKZ-Replay).
