Do you want to be able to look at Instagram without having an account? While you won’t have access to all Instagram features, there are a few ways you can check out someone’s profile and Instagram Story if their account is public. This wikiHow article will teach you how to view someone’s Instagram without an account.

View Instagram Without an Account

You can go to www.instagram.com/(username) to see an Instagram account's basic info and thumbnails of the latest posts. For full access to a profile, go to inflact.com/instagram-viewer/profile/ and enter the username.

   Go to https://inflact.com/instagram-viewer/profile/ in a web browser. You can use this website to view someone's Instagram profile, Stories, Highlights, Posts, and Reels without an account.

   • This can be done for free once per day per browser. If you want to view another profile, switch to a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, and repeat this method.

   Enter the person's username in the field. You can also enter the profile's URL.

   Select View Profile. This is the blue button.

   View the Instagram account. By default, you'll see the profile's information first. Select the tabs at the top to navigate between the different categories: Stories, Highlights, Posts, and Reels.

   Go to https://www.instagram.com/(username) in a web browser. While this method has limited posts available, you can still see the person's post count, followers, following, bio, picture, and some posts.

   Click X on the pop-up. You'll automatically be asked to sign into an account. Close the pop-up window by clicking the X in the top-right corner.

   View the profile. About a dozen posts are available to see without being prompted to sign in. Keep in mind that you can't click the posts to open the full view; you can only see the thumbnails.

  You can't see a private account's pictures or videos unless you are signed into an account and have their permission to follow them. If you aren't allowed to view their content, the only things on their profile you can see are their profile picture, description, and their current number of followers and posts, as well as external links if they embedded them to their profile.
