What are the signs that a guy is interested in you?

Hey guys, both me and my Bff are gay, and I have a HUGE crush on him. One of my friends asked him for me, and he said that he didn't have a crush on me currently, but if he ever did, it would definitely be me. We are both trans and have a lot of things in common, and sometimes I notice him blushing if he accidentally brushes against me. What should I do?!? I don't want to ruin our relationship!
