If you feel it deep down inside of you that she really is a toxic friend to have, then yes, you should most definitely stop being friends with her (whether that's ignoring and stepping out of the friendship slowly, or straight up talking about it with her, etc.) Don't feel bad once you do get to that point where you aren't friends anymore though - it's not your fault for her behavior and not your job to try and fix her.
