Who/what was your gay awakening?

I'm a Christian too and even though I know I'm bi I still have fear and am terrified by the thought of ever dating/doing someone of the same gender. I love God, but why must he make these rules and then make us complicated enough to fall out of the natural order?

Who/what was your gay awakening?

I've always questioned my identity. When I was eleven I (I'm a guy) developed a crush on another male at church. Church camp ended, I lost feelings, and I went back to assuming I was straight, but I still had that little gay in me. Now, years later, I watched the popular Netflix show "Baby Reindeer" (spoilers) and I saw that the main character discovered he was bi after the incident. I wondered, "could I be bi and not know it?" Yes. Yes I can. I've been a bisexual all my life but I thought I was just a fruity hetero because all the guys at my school are mean and ugly. I realized this also because all of my gay crushes were on people from different towns and stuff.
