This wikiHow teaches you how to turn off call forwarding if you previously set your iPhone to forward incoming calls to another number.

  1. Step 1 Open your iPhone's Settings.
    You'll find it on the Home screen or in the app library.
  2. Step 2 Scroll down and tap Phone.
    This is a green-and-white phone icon towards the middle of your Settings menu. It will open your call settings.

  3. Step 3 Tap Call Forwarding.
    This will be underneath the CALLS heading.
  4. Step 4 Toggle off icon "Call Forwarding".
    When this option is turned off, incoming calls will no longer be forwarded to another phone number.
    • If you want to turn Call Forwarding back on, you may have to enter the forwarding phone number again.
