You can unblock multiple numbers from your blocked list at once, or you can unblock contacts individually from apps such as Phone, Messages, and FaceTime. Unblocking a Contact on iPhone
To unblock a number on your iPhone, open Settings > Apps > Phone. Tap Blocked Contacts to find a list of all your blocked numbers. Tap Edit, and then tap the red circle next to the number you want to unblock. Tap Unblock.
Steps
Using the Settings App

Open the Settings app. This is the grey cog icon.[1]
- Be sure to update your iPhone.
- You can use this method to easily see all the blocked numbers on your iPhone.

Tap Phone. You can find this in the list of apps.

Tap Blocked Contacts. You may need to scroll down to find this option.
