Log in to your Ticketmaster account and navigate to “My Tickets” to chat. Go to Ticketmaster.com and click “Sign In/Register” in the upper right corner to login or create an account. Once you’re in, click “My Account” in the upper right corner and then select “My Tickets” from the menu that appears.
