Do you have a Trident that needs repairing in Minecraft? Similar to other items with durability meters, you'll need to combine it with another Trident on an Anvil or use the Mending enchantment. If you don't mind losing its current enchantments, you can use a crafting table or grindstone. Here's how to repair a Trident in Minecraft on all platforms.

Easy Ways to Fix Your Trident Weapon in Minecraft

Combine two Tridents using an anvil to keep their enchantments.
Combine two Tridents with a crafting table or grindstone to remove enchantments.
Apply the Mending enchantment to the Trident and gain XP to repair it.

Using an Anvil

Interact with an Anvil. This can be crafted using 3 Iron Blocks and 4 Iron Ingots.
- Use this method if you want to preserve the enchantment on your Trident.

Combine the damaged Trident and another Trident. Both weapons will combine and you'll receive a repaired Trident.^{[1]

Open the crafting table. This will open a 3x3 crafting grid.
- You can also use a Grindstone.

Find the Mending enchantment. Mending is a Treasure enchantment, which means it can only be found rather than crafted.
