A simple guide to remixing a posted Snapchat to create a new one
PDF download Download Article

The Remix feature on Snapchat allows you to react to your friends' Snaps and Stories using your mobile device. You can also react to your own posted Snaps. This works similarly to the Duet feature on TikTok and is a great way to show a video with your reaction simultaneously. You can easily do this by long-pressing on a Snap and tapping "Remix Snap". This wikiHow will show you how to remix Snaps and Stories on the Snapchat app using your iPhone or Android device.

Quick Steps

  1. Open the Snap you want to remix.
  2. Tap and hold the Snap.
  3. Tap Remix Snap.
  4. Select the remix type.
  5. Start recording.
  6. Send the Snap.
