You could get over that by standing tall and confidently and opening your mouth wide when talking. Also, try talking to your friends and family at home to practice.

You need to practice any chance you get. When you speak with someone whose first language is English, don't be afraid. If you make mistakes, this would be your opportunity to learn what the correct way is.
