Printing Selections of a Web page, Doc, or Email

  • Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac) to open the Print Preview window.
  • In the Print Preview window, select the Range or Selection option. In Word, you can also opt to print your current selection or the current page.

  1. If you want to print part of a web page, go to that webpage in Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox now.
  2. This opens the Print window in your browser.

    • If you want to print a sentence or two, go back to the page and select the text you want to print. Right-click it and select Print. You'll see that only your highlighted text appears in the print preview. Press Print.
