Read on to learn what’s on the menu and how to order Costco party platters.

- Head to the Deli & Bakery section of Costco and ask for an ordering form or kiosk.
- Use your Costco membership number to reserve your order for pick up.
Steps
How to Order with Costco Catering
-
Go to your local Costco. Unfortunately, there’s no way to order a Costco party platter online. You must go to a physical location and place your orders in person.[1]
- Some locations may let you place an order by phone, especially if you live far away from it. Call the store, ask to speak to the Deli department, then explain your situation to the associate.
-
Fill out an order form in the Deli or Bakery. Head to the Deli and Bakery section when you get to the store. Some stores still use paper forms to make orders, while others offer a digital option through a kiosk. Complete the order form following the form’s directions.
- Keep in mind that an order form must be completed with at least 24 hours’s notice of when you plan to pick up the order.
- Ask an employee for assistance if you’re unsure where or how to fill out an order form.

Return to the store when your order is ready. When you place your order, you’ll be asked to choose a pick-up date and time at least 24 hours away. Go back to the store to pick up your order at this time.[2]
- If you’re running late or need to change your pick-up time. Contact the store immediately.
-
Pay for your order at checkout. Bring your party platter(s) to the register as you would when purchasing anything else at Costco. A barcode will be given for you to scan by the Bakery or Deli workers.
