Those who have more experience or different perspectives can offer great advice and tips that can help you along your journey. If you’d like to start learning from your peers or higher-ups, read through these helpful tips to get started today.

Get to know the people around you.

You might use that knowledge and set up check-in meetings, but host them online via video chat so they’re more accessible for everyone.

Try the sandwich approach. It is where you start with a positive, ask for what you want or need, and end with a positive. For example, you can say I am looking forward to hanging out with you, and at the same time (instead of the word but), I can no longer make it at this particular time.
