Visit the profile of the user you suspect blocked you.
Click the red “Follow” button on their page.
If an error message appears, you’re blocked.

Nothing really. If you have been blocked, then that means that the user does not want to interact with you. You cannot message them and you can't interact with them in any way. If you know them in real life, and the block was the result of an argument, then you could try to make up with them. But other than that, you really don't have any other options.
