Do you have trouble hearing calls on your iPhone unless it's on speaker? This can be caused by your device's settings, a faulty connection, or even blockage in your speaker. Turn off Silent mode.

Silent mode can prevent sound on your iPhone. If your device has a Ring/Silent switch, move the switch up so that the orange isn't showing. Check the audio balance.
