This wikiHow shows you how to get CS:GO on Xbox One. The 2012 Xbox Arcade game Counter-Strike: GO is available on Xbox One via backwards compatibility, but you cannot purchase the game directly from the Xbox One Store. You'll need to go to Xbox.com to purchase the game, and then install it from your Xbox One.

Open a browser on your computer and go to CS:GO's page on the Xbox store.

Click Buy Game. This option is on the left side of the screen.
- You'll be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft account here if you're not already signed in.

The Xbox button is the large silver button in the middle of the controller. This opens the Xbox Guide.
This icon looks like a game controller next to a console and is visible on the far left of the row just under the Home option.
This brings up a confirmation page.

Press X to select Install All. CS:GO is downloaded to your Xbox One console.

The Xbox version of CS:GO uses an old version of the game, so in short: There are no skins, no cases, no cosmetics, nothing like that in the Xbox version of the game. If you want those things, play the PC version.
