How do you spot a pick me girl?
So, I have a little sister who occasionally refers to one of her friends as a “pick me” girl. Google says this is someone who seeks out male validation to a kind of a silly level, but that doesn’t really seem like it encompasses everything? I’ve asked my sister about it but she’s kind of evasive and not very good at explaining what she means. Is this a slur? Is that why my sister is kind of flighty about it? Someone break it down for me!
Anyone experience the Invisible String Theory?
My friend recently told me about the Invisible String Theory and it makes so much sense to me (it's the belief that everyone who is meant to be together is connected by an invisbile string). I think this is a beautiful belief but I am wondering if it is really true. Does anyone here have experience with the Invisible String Theory in their life?

Why am I dreaming of my ex so much?
So my ex boyfriend and I broke up OVER a year ago, I've been out with other people since then and would consider myself "over it," but lately I've been having vivid dreams about him and I'm not sure why. It's driving me crazy! Is there some spiritual significance to these dreams, or something the universe is trying to tell me? Help!
Is there any truth to right person, wrong time?
Okay I was with this guy for about 6 months and I really think we could have been great together, but things just kept getting in the way of our relationship. He had just gotten out of a serious relationship and I think he needed more time to process things and move on. And I am finally hitting my stride with my career and have been devoting a ton of time to work, which made him feel like I wasn't making our relationship a priority. Last week we finally decided to call it quits and while it was the right thing to do, I'm still so frustrated because I feel like it was a case of "right person, wrong time." Does anyone else believe this? Do you think it's true that a "right person, wrong time" relationship can work eventually? Should I give up? I feel like he could have been my soul mate if Life with a capital L just hadn't kept getting in the way.
